Framing and Varnishing Information

Original acrylic paintings (in floating frames or unframed box canvases) were varnished as follows: 1 coat of Golden Isolation Coat, followed by 2 coats of Jackson’s Removable Acrylic Satin Varnish.

Original oil paintings (in floating frames or unframed box canvases) were varnished as follows: 1 coat of C. Robertson & Co Exhibition Varnish, followed later by 1 coat of C. Robertson & Co Picture Varnish Satin.

Original work in any medium that has been traditionally framed (with glazed cover) were framed by R J D Fine Arts, Stroud.

Original pen & wash paintings (indelible pen, and watercolour) were framed in an off-the-shelf frame to help make this art as accessible as possible.

The fine-art quality limited edition Giclée prints (of just 5 prints in each case), on watercolour paper produced from pen & wash originals were produced by FACSIM based in Cirencester.
